V2.4.6 correction: GX12-12 does not exist. Two GX12-7 connectors replace the single GX12-12 per drone. Connector A (LEFT, signal/power) + Connector B (RIGHT, data/aux). Male panel mount on drone (permanent), female cable mount on payload. Waterproof IP65. Screw-lock. Two connectors = full drone API. Order when beginning payload development.

Note: Caddx Peanut has known overheat issue when recording stationary on bench — prop wash during flight provides sufficient cooling. Do not bench-test recording for extended periods. Pre-flight: charge Peanut internal battery alongside main LiPo.
[10] PI ZERO 2W PROOF OF CONCEPT — Pro Platform (Optional)¶
Pi-ready infrastructure is built into every Pro from V2.4.6 — bay printed, companion harness wired, UART6 reserved. The Pi itself is ordered when the proof-of-concept milestone is initiated (WBS Phase 9).
The Pi sits in the Pi bay above the Backplane, powered from a dedicated buck converter on the battery rail (independent of FC BEC). It connects to the FC via the companion UART harness (UART6, 921600 baud). On the ground, the operator's tablet connects to the TX16S ELRS WiFi backpack to receive filtered telemetry and sensor data overlaid on OpenStreetMap.
